"Party in your PJ's"
Mimi's Natural is launching a new body care website! I'm excited and honored to have my "healing cloths" be included in the gift bags.
My idea for the "healing cloths" (not to be confused with "prayer cloths") came about when a co-worker said her best friend had cancer. I felt sad for her and thought about how comforting it would be to wrap yourself in a healing quilt. So I designed a quilt, made from 100% natural fibers with a 100% cotton backing. I soaked it in minerals, and steamed it with herbs and essential oils. Wasn't able to give the quilt. :( But the "healing cloth" was born.
Below is the invitation to Party in your PJ's!:

Christmas Tree Decorating Ideas
I had a fun time at Morongo Casino a few days ago. I even won a few bucks!
And I really, really loved the Michael Jackson slot machine. I could have stood and watched people play and listen to his music for hours. Ahh... Michael...
Anyway. When decorating my trees in past years, the star or angel I used for the very top of the tree was either lost or broken. Sometimes I didn't have anything to put at the very top of the tree, so I would tie a single bow on the very top branch.
The holiday decorations at the Casino were beautiful, festive and over the top.
The Decorators created these beautiful tree toppers using glittered twigs and bows. It looked awesome; and I thought it was a great idea that I could use in the future. Below are "a few photos":

DIY - Easy, Inexpensive Holiday Gifts
Hi!
If you're in need of a few small (token) gifts for co-workers, neighbors and/or family members, this DIY project is for you!
I purchased prayer candles from the dollar store; got a few branch clippings from the Christmas tree lot - free! I used ribbons from other projects to tie a bow around the candle. Twine, raffia, cording and other new, recycled or upcycled findings can be used to tie a bow around the candle. To hold the branch in place, I used a small spot of glue from the hot glue gun. Small, colorful ornaments, crystals or beads can be used to finish off the project. Below "are a few photos"of some examples:
