80th Birthday Party Decorations

Ms. O., "Granny" as her family calls her, celebrated her 80th Birthday, Sunday.  It was held at her Granddaughter's home.  The colors were lavendor, silver and white.  Below "are a few photos":

Ms. J, Granny's Granddaughter, ordered an "80" cake
and "80" cookies for party favors - cookies were
wrapped in celephane bags and tied with lavender
sheer ribbon and had a sticker that read "thank you" -a kit from Michaels Craft Store

                                A photo album was purchased, ("Granny" gets her pictures 
                          developed at Costco) for pictures and notecards that fit inside
                          the sleeves, were available for guests to write a happy
                          birthday message.  A reycled box was gift wrapped for cards.

from the craft store, painted lavendor and
sprinkled with glitter

Flowers were purchased early
morning from the flower mart

Ms. E, Granny's Granddaughter, did a
 fabulous job choosing the flowers
 and creating the beautiful center pieces

Granny has been sewing since
she was 13 years old,
fabric appliques were used as
part of the theme

Table runners were made from 3 yds. of
one dollar lavender fabric, cut length wide-
enough for four tables

Six children, Seventeen Grandchildren, Nineteen Great-Grandchildren
and one Great-Great-Grandchild
